We do not promise or imply specific results. Credit outcomes vary by individual circumstances.

5. Client Responsibilities

You must provide accurate personal and financial information. Delays due to incomplete info are not our responsibility.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse or terminate service at our discretion, with or without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services.

8. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Colorado.

Clients may cancel their agreement at any time without penalty, as required under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).

Refunds
